Glad you decided to post it -- it's very funny! Even if our m.o. is not the same, we still all experience the 'joy' of repeating the same warnings/rules/instructions again and again...!

FRUIT FLY TRAP
MIS TOGETHER 2 CUPS WATER, 1/4 CUP CIDER VINEGAR, AND 1 TEASPOON DISHWASHING LIQUID. POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A JAR AND SET THE OPEN JAR NEXT TO THE PRODUCE. The fruit flies will be attracted to the vinegar smell and dip into the water, only to be coated with the soap and drown. Change the solution every couple of days /so 2 get rid of the dead insects and 2 keep the vinegar odor intense enough to attract more fruit flies.
