I need help...what do you think?!?

Wouldn't you know it would be a girl since Brent and I have no girl names that we both really like!!! We chose Daniel and Hannah based on the characters in the Bible, and although this one doesn't HAVE to be a Bible name, I'm thinking it's kind of weird to go against what we did with the first two. And of course we used the only two Bible names we both like on Hannah (Hannah Ruth)! We have teased about naming this girl Ruth Hannah, but Hannah doesn't care for that idea! So I'm trying to narrow it down (at least in my mind!) I've got to convince Brent that either Sarah or Charis (the greek work for grace) is right for our baby...which do you like better?!? I personally am leaning towards Sarah since I love how it sounds...these are our 2 daughters, Hannah and Sarah...both really "sweet" names...but I like Charis, too. Any thoughts? I'd love some feedback!

Okay, you know I always have an opinion. :-)

My vote would be Sarah -- like your other two kids' names, this one is a 'classic' name. It is also one that she is not going to have to spell REPEATEDLY every time she gives her name, or hear it mispronounced every time she goes to the doctor, etc. You know I am speaking from experience here!!!

Love, Marsel (not Marcel, not Marcelle, etc etc!)

Good point, Marcelle :-) And remember how Brent is so insistent on no nicknames. We have to call our child what we name him since he's really James Brent! Hat's off to you and Bruce again on making partner! We're so thrilled for you all! And thanks for your input!

You know-- you're asking for trouble when you ask others' opinions on baby names! :) Even though I like the uniquness of Charis, I agree that Sarah fits with the others' names! I have heard of "Sarah Elizabeth"---a very biblically strong name!?!? Don't worry too much, we still only have the first name down!!!
["BABY JACK"]---affectionately called by his big brother. Are you going to find out what it is??

well... sarah is pretty, i have tons of friends named sarah, but i don't think it used that much these days, so it'd be cool. of course, Ruth is a beautiful name, too! :) i was at northland on Sat. and got to see the Markham's, wish we could've seen you but it was a really quick trip, we'll be back again, and if you ever want to do some great shopping or just get away, come to Milwaukee, we have plenty of room!!! Really!! love ya!
