Boy how do you guys make it so far south? Unbeliveable! We have been using the wood stove since July. Almost make a body want to move down there. Is it dark for 22 hours each day there as well? What I'd give for another hour or two of daylight. I can hardly keep up with the cost of my parifin candles. I almost didn't light one earlier on my way to the puter but it was a good thing I did since the Lynx had crawled into my wood box and was a bit tired of eating frozen chipmunks.

Hmm..I have 46 degrees right now, and we are supposed to hit 41 tonight. Our high is 69 today but back in the low 70s tomorrow -- we welcome this cooler weather down here! Gotta love the Georgia mountains.
I always have my mom call me to share their first snowfall, but if I need one sooner, maybe I should enlist your help!
I now have family or friends in every region of the US except the SW -- I find it fascinating to see how our weather moves in such different patterns...especially when I am the one with sunshine and 70. :-)

Hey Debbie,
Sorry to hear about your freezing weather. This weekend we are suppose to get up to the 90's again (a definate change from the 70's we had all summer in Canada).
Here's a bit of irony for you. My youngest brother Timmy is the exact same age as Daniel.
Hope all is well for you in WI! I'm excited about your little girl.

So much for global warming!! It cooled down early here, too and we had to close the pool. :-((
